Halamid-d derives its efficacy from bound chlorine and oxygen. The product is characterised by a very high content of stable active ingredient. Halamid-d enters into a chemical reaction (oxidation, actually a combustion reaction) with micro-organisms, preventing the formation of resistance. Halamid-d is therefore very suitable for killing bacteria, fungi and viruses.
