TROVET Hypoallergenic VRD (Venison) Cat contains a single protein source (venison) and 1 carbohydrate source (rice). The diet is provided to the cat as the only food for 3 - 8 weeks. The diet prevents immunological reactions (food allergy) or non-immunological reactions (food intolerance) in the form of skin complaints and/or gastrointestinal complaints. Not all complaints will reduce or disappear immediately. Skin conditions, for example, improve slowly. When the symptoms diminish or disappear completely, the diagnosis of food hypersensitivity has been made.
